•We use customer friendly inquiry procedures. Simply add products to your inquiry basket using the "Inquiry" button under each individual product . Products will be added to your "inquiry basket" automatically. Initial quantity is 5 pcs, and you are able to update the quantity. When you have completed your selections, use "view inquiry" button or click icon  and then click "send inquiry" to forward your order to us. |

•If you prefer to use the inquiry form, click "inquiry form" button, or create a list of items required with item code and quantity that you would like to purchase for each item, then send it to us directly by email to handicraft@dewata1.com . You may also fax any inquiry to: +62-361-723769

| •We will reply to you with the best price quotes of the products you are interested to purchase. We always give the most competitive prices (including wholesale prices). Once you have decided to place the order, we will provide you with a pro-forma Invoice indicating the full cost of your order, including the shipping cost. |

| •About shipping cost: please inform us the name of the port or nearest airport of your location/final destination of goods, city, state, country, phone, fax . The minimum order by sea freight is 1 cubic meter (due to minimum shipment required by sea cargo is one cubic meter). If order a full container, you will receive discounted freight cost accordingly. Please note that a full container shipment will allow you considerable savings on freight charges. |

•About payment: For orders totaling over US$2,000 a deposit of 50% is necessary to process your order. For total orders less than US$2,000 you must remit 100% of the total amount on the pro-forma invoice prior to processing your order. We prefer that all payments be processed by Telex Transfer (T/T). You may contact us directly should you need any additional details on Telex Transfer. |

•We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped. Then you must complete the final payment, if necessary. |

•Once the order is in transit, we will send you the copy of shipping bill and any related shipping documents. We will continue to keep in touch with you until the order has arrived safely. |

| •The reason we do not post prices on our online catalogue, is because the price of each item depends on the number of quantities purchased. Also, since we buy all our unique handcrafted items directly from the craftsmen, we can often pass on unanticipated savings to you. By the way...Even though we do not post the prices directly on the on-line catalogue, a price list (with related pictures) is available to downloaded if required. | •Once your order is confirmed, and the deposit is completed - no cancellation is allowed. However in the case of order cancellations, deposit is non refundable |

| •We will not ship the order before receiving the complete payment (either 50% or 100% of the total cost of order as stated above). |

| •We manufacture, export and wholesale handicrafts. However, we can often accommodate your orders for items not shown in our catalog. If you'd like us to act as your buying agents here in Bali, we can probably get better prices (and quality) than you could find on your own. |

| •As our products are hand made and made to order, the processing time and shape of individual products may vary depend on the item and order quantities. |

| •We require approximately 1-3 week to prepare your order before they are ready to be shipped.It depends on what kind of item and quantity. For handicraft items in our catalog the processing time is very fast , usually within two week. A full 20ft or 40ft container (for items in stock) will take approximately 20 - 30 days for all products including packing. For any products which not in stock and custom items we will give you a response via e-mail with the estimated processing time for your consideration |
